Scripture

1 Corinthians 3:9
That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him."
Romans 5:1-11
Therefore, since we have been made right in God's sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. (2) Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of highest privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God's glory. (3) We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they are good for us---they help us learn to endure. (4) And endurance develops strength of character in us, and character strengthens our confident expectation of salvation. (5) And this expectation will not disappoint us. For we know how dearly God loves us, because He has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with His love. (6) When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners. (7) Now, no one is likely to die for a good person, though someone might be willing to die for a person who is especially good. (8) But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. (9) And since we have been made right in God's sight by the blood of Christ, He will certainly save us from God's judgment. (10) For since we were restored to friendship with God by the death of His Son while we were still His enemies, we will certainly be delivered from eternal punishment by His life. (11) So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God---all because of what our Lord Jesus Christ has done for us in making us friends of God.
Luke 4:40
As the sun went down that evening, people throughout the village brought sick family members to Jesus. No matter what their diseases were, the touch of his had healed every one.
Matthew 14:13-14
(13) As soon as Jesus heard the news, he went off by himself in a boat to a remote area to be alone. But the crowds heard where he was headed and followed by land from many villages. (14) A vast crowd was there as he stepped from the boat, and he had compassion on them and healed their sick.
Matthew 11:28-30
(28) Then Jesus said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. (29) Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle, and you will find rest for your souls. (30) For my yoke fits perfectly, and the burden I give you is light".
Isaiah 8:13-14
(13) Do not fear anything except the Lord Almighty. He alone is the Holy One. If you fear Him, you need fear nothing else. (14) He will keep you safe.
Romans 4:20-22
(20) Abraham never wavered in believing God's promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God. (21) He was absolutely convinced that God was able to do anything He promised. (22) And because of Abraham's faith, God declared him to be righteous.
Jeremiah 29:10-13
(10) But then I will come and do for you all the good things I have promised, and I will bring you home again. (11) For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. (12) In those days when you pray, I will listen. (13) If you look for me in earnest, you will find me when you seek me.
Hebrews 4:12-13
(12) For the word of God is full of living power. It is sharper than the sharpest knife, cutting deep into our innermost thoughts and desires. It exposes us for what we really are. (13) Nothing in all creation can hide from Him. Everything is naked and exposed before His eyes.
Hebrews 4:14-16
(14) That is why we have a great High Priest who has gone to heaven, Jesus the Son of God. Let us cling to Him and never stop trusting Him. (15) This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for He faced all of the same temptations we do, yet He did not sin. (16) So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive His mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it.
Matthew 6:25-34
(25) "So I tell you, don't worry about everyday life---whether you have enough food, drink, and clothes. Doesn't life consist of more than food and clothing? (26) Look at the birds. They don't need to plant or harvest or put food in barns because your heavenly Father feeds them. And you are far more valuable to Him than they are. (27) Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? Of course not." (28) "And why worry about your clothes? Look at the lilies and how they grow. They don't work or make their clothing, (29) yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. (30) And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and gone tomorrow, won't He more surely care for you? You have so little faith!" (31) So don't worry about having enough food or drink or clothing. (32) Why be like the pagans who are so deeply concerned about these things? Your heavenly Father already knows all your needs, (33) and He will give you all you need from day to day if you live for Him and make the Kingdom of God your primary concern." (34) "So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today."
2 Samuel 22:3-7
(3) The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the strength of my salvation, and my stronghold, my high tower, my savior, the one who saves me from violence. (4) I will call on the Lord, who is worthy of praise, for He saves me from my enemies. (5) The waves of death surrounded me; the floods of destruction swept over me. (6) The grave wrapped its ropes around me; death itself stared me in the face. (7) But in my distress I cried out to the Lord; yes, I called to my God for help. He heard me from His sanctuary; my cry reached His ears.
